All ad copy to be sent by disc or email. Please supply it as a high-res, print-ready PDF saved to compatability version 1.3. A printed colour proof must be supplied with the ad copy. Files must contain crop marks. Where necessary a minimum bleed area of 3mm must be contained within the file. Single page PDFs must be supplied and not double page spreads. All PDF advertising pages must have the same document area offset. The Paper Width and Paper Height are to be set to 240mm x 310mm. This provides a 10mm border around the pages essential for the printers imposition software. Page position should be on Centre. Files must contain a trim box set to the trim size of the publication.
