Insights:

Although readership surveys and ABC print and digital audits give media buyers and audience guides, they’re not combined to produce a single, unduplicated audience number.
In a media first, the Financial Times's Commercial Intelligence Team has developed extensive research into our readers' consumption behaviours (B2B and B2C), with relevant readership profile numbers below.

– The average circulation (print and digital combined)  of FT content across the Americas, Europe and Asia is 1,624,695. The majority of the circulation is done through digital channels, and then print second.

- The average income of an FT reader comes to £239,000, and 23% of our readers are millionaires.

- The average net worth of an FT reader is £1.8 million.

- The current readership profile of FT readers are 29% C-Suite, 56% BDM's and 22% Henry's (High Earners Not Rich Yet)

- Views across digital platforms total to 201,520,057 monthly. In order of popularity, this is represented by the Americas, United Kingdom, CEMEA and Asia.

There are key differences between the different product channels you can choose to advertise through. For example, within some of our Weekend portfolio products, the typical profile of an FT Weekend Magazine reader is earning £146K and has a £1.6 million property portfolio. However, an FT HTSI reader has an average income of £211K with an average £2.1 million net-worth. While there are differences like this between audience readership profiles, there is a continuous theme of senior corporate executives (B2B) and high net-worth individuals (B2C and B2B) who consistently read and engage with the FT and its content.
