A magazine known for its ground-breaking music journalism, the JM recently broadened its approach by launching a service that tracks events, jobs and opportunities in music. To date, over 6,000 events and opportunities have been added by readers.
In four years, the JM has grown from 20,000 to 100,0000 online readers, receiving over 150,000 separate visits in 2014.
Published by Quinn with Benedict Schlepper-Connolly and Simon Doyle, the magazine’s journalism is a previous winner of the Utne Independent Press Award for Arts Coverage (USA). The JM has also received a design award from the Periodical Publishers’ Association of Ireland and was shortlisted for a Golden Spider Award.
