In 2009 Tailored Films began producing creative / TV content in conjunction with corporate content. In 2010, the company produced the award winning web-series ‘Zombie Bashers’ which was winner of the prestigious RTE Storyland prize that year. With the same director (Conor McMahon) on board, they produced their first award winning Irish Film Board funded feature film ‘Stitches’ (comedy horror about a killer clown) in 2012. This was theatrically released in over 100 cinemas in the UK and Ireland, and it sold worldwide (now available to view on Netflix) Tailored Films have also produced 3 children’s TV series for RTE including the interactive drama ‘Spooky Stakeout’ (2015), the reality series ‘Life Lessons’ (2013) and the 36 part popular comedy series ‘Tim’s Tactical Tips’ (2011). The year ahead presents many exciting prospects for the team at Tailored; they are nearing completion on a short Irish Film Board funded documentary ‘45’, and have a number of feature projects in development with the Board. The Company’s slate includes a diverse mix of horror, thriller, sci-fi and children’s projects, as well as a innovative cross media concepts. The company is also busily working away on a number of creative online video projects for corporate clients.
