Voxpro is owned by Dan Kiely, CEO & Co-founder and Linda Kiely, Director & Co-founder. Voxpro has been in business for 40 years in which time we have shown a steady and consistent growth in our turnover and profits. Established in 1973 as Pageboy Communications and, as the first company to introduce wireless messaging to Ireland, Voxpro was the market leader in messaging technology.
Following the acquisition of Eirpage, the national paging network from Vodafone, we adapted to market demands and grew into the wider contact management arena – offering multilingual communication solutions across phone, web, email and SMS 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
In 2005 Dan rebranded the company to Voxpro and has continued to develop the business into a best in class sophisticated call centre as evidenced by its strong growth over the past number of years alone.
Working with over 100 major clients, including 16 City & County Councils and local authorities throughout Ireland, 5 independent hospitals on an award winning patient appointment setting program and 6 of Ireland’s leading NGOs on fundraising and media campaign support; our shared services facility, based at Nore House, is the life blood of the organisation giving Voxpro clients access to over 80 full time agents for customer contacts that require urgent or immediate ramping or scaling to meet a spike in demand or activity.
Our Nessan House facility is home to 30 multilingual agents looking after 3 varying clients through English, French, German, Spanish and Italian. Our Mahon facility houses close to 300 multilingual agents who provide technical support through 10 languages to the customers of the world's leading search engine company.
