We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Administrator to join our Operations Team at the Digital Marketing Institute. This role will report to the Head of Operations and will be based out of our Head Office in South Dublin.
The Digital Marketing Institute has secured a €26 million investment with the US based prominent equity firm, Spectrum Equity which have invested in companies like www.ancestry.com, www.bit.ly.com. The focus of this role
The Administrator will be responsible for assisting our students to get through their digital marketing and selling programs, which are delivered online. The role will be judged against the certification rate of students and their satisfaction with the experience.
The Administrator will deal with the day-to-day of helping our students get through their courses and become certified digital professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the student experience and cohorts on the LMS, measure levels of student engagement, satisfaction and course certification rates
- Deal with queries from students on a broad range of administrative topics
- Compliance – manage student records, ensure legacy records are archived in accordance with Data Protection Regulations and all student records are accurate and up to date
- Day to day course administration and assessment
- Actioning queries and student feedback issues
- Provide support to students on their learning journey
- Collation of results and issuing certificates
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
The Essentials
- Third Level Qualification preferably in business/e-learning
- Experience of Moodle/Blackboard or similar
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a collaborative approach to working with students internationally
- Ability to initiate activities that will facilitate and support online learning
- Ability to develop remote relationships with students
- Desire to champion online learning by showing a positive attitude and enthusiasm for same
- Ability to identify and address students’ needs
- Understand e-learning
