Ian Thuillier is a self taught photographer and filmmaker. He was shortlisted for the finals of the 2015 Sony World Photography Awards.

“I have always loved food, cooking and photography. After many years directing music videos and award winning documentaries, I spent most of 2015 travelling throughout SE Asia where my love of food, cultures and colour was reawakened and this has resulted in creation of SHOOT THAT DISH.”
